HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All of our items are in men’s sizing unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal.

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH?

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post. All international orders are shipped via FedEx

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Libero ships internationally.

I AM PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE THE CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS PRODUCED?

All of our apparel is produced and designed in Toronto, Canada.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive. International shipments typically take 5-7 weeks s to arrive. Please note, we produce made-to-order in 10-12 business days. We do not mass produce to keep our use of resources to a minimum.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Because we don’t carry stock in any of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand. Once we release something, we typically don’t release it ever again. To be notified of new releases, please subscribe to our newsletter, we provide updates on all product launches.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED?

All items must be dry cleaned only.

I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

CAN I EDIT/MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
